Services - 2021 Update

Our opening hours are as follows:

 

Monday:                      7.30am to 5.30pm

Tuesday to Thursday: 7.30am to 6.00pm

Friday:                         7.30am to 5.30pm

Any requirements for childcare outside these hours can be discussed.

​

We currently drop off / collect from Etching Hill C Of E (V C) Primary School and Chancel Primary School.  

 

If your child attends an after school club, and depending on our ratios on the day, we can sometimes collect them when the club finishes if required.

​

We run a Childminding Stay and Play Group which is held on a Wednesday morning between 9.30am and 11.30am, which is open to all Childminders, Child-minded Children and Relatives of Child-minded children. We also run a weekly Forest School session where children can explore nature and have lots of outdoor fun and experiences.

​

We regularly attend local parent and toddler groups, as well as organising regular local outings - for example, Cannock Chase walks, parks and adventure playgrounds, Elmore Park, Wildwood Park (Stafford) and nearby Wacky Warehouses and the library etc. We use our own insured vehicles, fitted with appropriate car seats for the relevant age of the children.

We publish a monthly newsletter, outlining latest news and activities that the children have taken part in, and future planned events.

Government Funding for 2 year olds (and age 9 month+ from September 2024)

​

Your child may be eligible for 15 or 30 hours of funded childcare in this setting. Conditions apply - please for details or more information.

Nursery Funding 

 

We are able to offer funded places for Nursery-aged children, 15 or 30 free hours per week.

 

Snacks / Food

​

We provide healthy snacks and provision can be made for special dietary requirements.

Rates vary depending on whether you are looking for all day care, before and after school only, or holiday cover etc.
