Feedback from our latest Parental Questionnaire was extremely positive, with all parents satisfied with our provision and how we manage behaviour and structure activities and learning opportunities, regularly communicating with them on their child's progress. However, we recognise that there is always room for improvement, and we are therefore constantly reflecting on our practice. Continued Professional Development is key to this, so we regularly attending training so that we can always challenge and consider and introduce different and efficient ways of working.

In response to the question : We are continually looking to improve our setting and service. What do you like the least and the most about the care your child receives? Are there any changes you would like to see?u would like to see?

Parent 1: "Nothing to change that I can think of"

Parent 2: "No, I'm completely happy with the service that is provided. They are the best child minders I have ever had the pleasure to work with"

Parent 3: "I think you are both totally fantastic. Both for the professional skills like discipline (I've never seen you need to disciple anyone - you seem to have a calming magic effect on the kids who just seem to behave automatically), and the huge range of fun and educational activities (must take you forever to plan!), but also for being supportive personally e.g passing messages to school, and being interested in <name>'s life, basically becoming a second family to her. Thank you for all that you do xxx"

 

Parent 4: "No changes. My children are very happy with you. You are both great!"

Parent 5: "Love the variety of activities and outings. <name> gets chance to do things we may not have time for at home. Can't think of anything we like the least, satisfied with all aspects."

 

Parent 6: "Most - My son has made good friends and made good relationships with Rob and Tracey. Communication is great and they provide a home from home experience. Least - I have genuinely thought about this question and there is nothing I would change. I was initially worried about my child being around dogs but Tracey and Rob are so mindful of this and ensure safety at all times and in time my child has overcome his fear of dogs."

In response to the question: "Would you recommend Rugeley Childminding Services to other people?"

Parent 1: "Absolutely they are amazing. Our kids don’t want to leave and that is a testament to how amazing they are. So patient and caring the kids are treated like their own. They are always quick to air any concerns which is fantastic. Thank you Rob and Tracey for all you do for my boys they couldn’t be in better hands"

Parent 2: "Excellent services wouldn't consider any other place it's a home from home"

 

Parent 3: "Without a doubt. I have trusted you with my only child since he was 8 months and I wouldn’t change a thing. You are trustworthy, fun and approachable and are flexible for every child’s needs. Amazing."
